Afghan Voice Radio Project

Afghan Voice Radio stands as a prominent project within AV CIC. Functioning as a community online radio station, it connects the Afghan diaspora with the broader UK community. Managed and operated by volunteers from the diaspora, the station hosts live radio shows weekly. These shows encompass talk segments, in-depth podcasts, discussions on social and integration issues, live music performances, and entertainment programs. Afghan Voice Radio serves as a safe haven for Freedom of Expression, embracing individuals from all walks of life who share its vision.

Broadcasting in English, Dari, and Pashto, Afghan Voice Radio transcends boundaries between different communities. It bridges gaps and cultivates an inclusive cultural exchange platform, appealing to both non-Afghans and those interested in Afghanistan and the Afghan diaspora in the UK. The station further collaborates directly with other communities and community organisations to provide media activities tailored for young individuals within the diaspora community.
