An individual who has graduated from UCL and possesses a fervent interest in the realm of medical research is the driving force behind the show “Inside Health.” The primary objective of this show is to furnish comprehensive insights into prevalent diseases, offer essential first aid pointers and guidance, dispense advice pertaining to a healthful lifestyle and overall well-being, and ultimately deliver the latest updates in medical research from credible sources.
Drawing from a background of four years of involvement with the Finnish Red Cross as an event first aider, as well as a year of experience with St John Ambulance, this individual brings a wealth of hands-on experience to their pursuits.
